Best Hot Pot Service

Never thought I will found the best service restaurant I'll ever have is in China.. Well, just yesterday I went to have Hot Pot at one of the popular restaurants in Beijing. Just heard that the waiting hours to get the seat is 1-2 hours. But, the cool is we can get manicure while waiting, cheers girl!!.. :)

The name of the place is HaiDiLaoHuoGuo （海底捞火锅）. While waiting, you can enjoy snack, menicure, shoe polishing, or just playing poker with their playing cards. Cool, huh!? That's just the beginning, since we have broken-chinese, the waiter was so patient to read the food menu to us, they're also cook the hot pot, help us with the hot pot. One time, I just took some vegetable, and get hard to put it in my bowl, since the bowl was small and the vegetable was bigger, and the waiter, from nowhere I can see, help me right away.

They even, shaped the meat ball in front of us. Ordering noodles, they make it in front of your table. They also have the kids playing room. One time, I had my iphone on my table, the waiter put my iphone inside plastic bag, to have it sealed and safe from the food. I think the service is one waiter / table, that's why it was so quick and satisfying service.

I don't get the chances to see the toilet, but my friend told me, it was the first time, someone open the toilet door for her, and even open the water tab and give her the tissue after wash hand, inside the TOILET. Best service, or what!?

The snack is also good, I love the corn one. :) 

How about the food, so far I enjoyed it, some prefer another place, some said it was the best. And it's not that expensive. ;)

爱丽丝梦游仙境

For the first time, watched movie in Beijing. I watched Alice in Wonderland in Jinyi International Cinemas, ZhongGuanCun. It's quite good, since there's no dubbing voice as I'm afraid it will be, but quite expensive. I paid 60 元, around 80.000 IDR, it's price for 3D movie in Weekend. Well, I also watched 3D in weekend, but the price already half, since we use the student card. The original price is 120 元.

And the one thing I'm not usually to do is, we need to pay deposit of 100 RMB, for the 3D glasses. They will return the deposit, as soon as you return the glasses. Well, the glasses is quite good, not just ordinary plastic glasses like in Jakarta.

I heard, China just allow 20 Western Movies per year. Maybe that's why China's Movies Industry is so alive and quite good. I saw many shooting was taken placed everywhere I went.

About the movie : Quite good, but if you don't like fantasy movies, I won't recommend. All of us, who watched the movie agree that we're not satisfied with the ending, we loved to see Alice in the end, met the guy who really looked like Mad Heater. It would be nice. :)

Beijing in Sephia Mode

The wind got bigger, and the weather got stranger. I lived all my life in tropical climate country, never felt or experience living in the 4 seasons country. And now, as I'm lost in Beijing, I experienced what the winter like ( the dry skin, the cold snow, the minus temperature ) as I'm waiting for the spring to come. It felt spring nearly come, still waiting the flowers to blossom beautifully.

The snow on Sunday, in the middle of March, is it normal? Woke up on Saturday, my friend, S told me to look out the window, it was sephia day. She also, the one who took the picture above. First, it was kinda romantic, but when you realize what happened, it's not that romantic. The sephia not because of the sun or anything, but it was because of the sand storm.. hahaha..

I think spring is really near, I can feel the weather got warmer and the wind got bigger.. :)
